I usually add in a title here and some inro copy – like sign up now, limited places, receive and early bird notification when entries go live.
Then below the horizontal rule you need to add in the “Short code” for the form ( I copy and paste this from the Ninja Forms dashboard) – see below
I also don’t restrict this page so everyone can access ( if this was a sign up form we would restrict it to members only)
