Consider yourself warned… There will be mud. Unless you are competent at riding off road we recommend only smaller bikes be ridden for this route.
Knobbly tyres are a must.
Last weekend when we ran the ARR the tracks were very dry, it was lovely.
However those who know, know, that when that chalk gets wet it can be treacherous. If there has been rain then some of the puddles get deceivingly deep as well.
We don’t want to be calling the truck of shame for you, but if you’re up for a challenge then please do sign yourself up!
You asked for it, so here it is. The second Adventure Rally Raid of 2023 will take you along some of Salisbury Plain’s minor byways and single tracks, with trickier navigation over a course of around 170km.
