“If you can navigate this then you can go desert rallying abroad…”
PANDEMIC RALLY CHALLENGE
Sunday 9th May – Entries Closed
Sunday 16th May
Sunday 23rd May
jump right back into Adventure Rallying with this epic challenge. A fully tracked event with average speed stages and a penalty points system, you can really put your navigation skills to the test…
Small event format:
We will run this as a ‘light touch’ Adventure Rally limited to 20 riders per event . We will be stationed at a predetermined location by the start of the route, where riders will come and sign on, collect the Roadbook, Roadbook holder (if required) and GPS tracker and then commence the route in their own time. When you’re done simply return the kit to us at the end of the route and we will process the tracking information off site and publish the results into an online leaderboard.
Choose your class
1. Adventure Rally – Easier going terrain, accuracy of navigation and speed restrictions (but no ‘CAP only’ headings). The course will differ from the Extreme course. Results will be published on a league table – the best navigators will have the least number of penalty points.
2. Adventure Rally Extreme – Much more challenging terrain and navigation, average speed stages and speed restrictions, navigation will include CAP only – complex.
