The first ever, five day version of the Tour of Portugal is now over, and it was truly epic!

Historically the Tour of Portugal has been a three day event based in the area of Pampilhosa, but for 2025 the routes have been expanded into new territory and over a five day duration, making it a proper full length Adventure Rally.

The routes took the riders through the mountains of Pampilhosa and up and over the Estrela mountains, making for some of the most scenic riding we’ve ever encountered.  Not only are the views incredible, but the trails are vast and empty, fast and flowy for the adventure class riders, with plenty of spicy, technical additions for the rally class riders.

RESULTS

It was an exciting battle in rally class with returning 2024 champion Jack Brazier on a Ducati Desert X Rally alongside former british enduro champions Stuart Cryer and Steven Scopes, but it was Jack’s strict adherence to speed zones that got him the results he wanted, and he took the win for the second year running.

Rally Class

1st – Jack Brazier

2nd – Nicholas Thomas

3rd – Steve Jose

Adventure Class

1st – Ian Wilson

A huge thanks to all the supporters, crew and most of all to the riders for making this year’s Tour of Portugal one to remember!

Bring on 2026!
